Windows Vista and data recovery

I just purchased a new computer for me. It is powered by windows Vista. Vista is a series of OS developed by Microsoft Corporation for use on PCs, including business and home desktops, laptops, media centers and Tablet PCs. Vista is the latest version of Windows operating system. It has several new features over the previous versions of Microsoft Windows, covering most aspects of the OS. These features includes improved sound quality, enhanced data security, improved firewall security, speech recognition, easy data recovery and windows recovery environment (WinRE).

I was very happy and using the enhanced features of windows Vista without any problem. Two days back I was working with my Vista and I feel that the look is not much bright; it is getting dark by and by. I wanted to create a bright finish of my computer so I launched the check disk utility (Chkdsk). I was waiting for this process to complete. After sometime I feel that it is taking too much time, so after a long period of time I decide to interrupt it and I halted it. I then restart my system and at the boot process it tried to start the check disk again. I cancel this auto check by using the option and unexpectedly it restart itself and then the troubles began. Then I used the booting processes as follows:

First Boot: - when I boot the system for the first time after this process, it showed an error message- Winload.exe is missing or corrupted. I restart it.

Second Boot: - I tried to recover it by using DVD, two attempts fail. Then I take my Bart-PE CD, start it and I can access to all my windows partition. I launched another check disk to confirm my disk, and I suddenly realized that all these conditions are caused due to check disk and I stopped it and restart my system with Bart-PE CD.

Now I found that my Vista partition was empty. But all other partitions were as it was. I decided to take a backup of all these remaining data. Then I attached an external hard drive to my computer and start tacking the backup of all my critical data. After the successful completion of backup process from my side, I decided to reinstall my Vista, and I reinstalled it. After reinstalling the Vista, my system is working properly then I decided to recover data using my backup.

But I was unlucky at this stage also, my backup get corrupted. Now I was much tensioned because I lost all my critical data that was stored on my hard drive. I thought that my data are lost permanently. I didn’t have any option to recover my lost data.

But I was wrong. I searched on the Internet for any data recovery solution for my problem and I found Stellar Information Systems Ltd, data recovery software and service Provider Company. I asked the experienced and technically expert support department of the company regarding to my problem. They told me that there is a software solution is available of your problem. You can use Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery software to recover your lost data.

I just purchased the software from company’s site and installed and start it to recover my lost data. After starting this software, I selected my affected logical drives to recover from the list of drives presented in left hand side. Then I select standard scan option to search for my lost data. This software displayed the list of all the recoverable files in an easy to understand tree format. I selected the required file and saved them to my disk. In this way I recovered all my lost data. Thank you Stellar.
